- No growth opportunities = High turnover - Poor management - Extremely poor pay for specialist role compared to competitors like Adesa, eblock, auto trader or any customer experience specialist in Toronto. - Day to day you deal with a lot of abuse from the car dealers (clients) there are no proper procedures from management for how to handle irate clients. Management often brushes over this feedback. - You constantly deal with the app breaking or internet outages in the office. - Hours of operation 9 am to 9 pm EST Mon - Fri. -Cultivates a call-center culture. Specialist team are often not included in the company events advertised to provide coverage. This team holds a very different culture compared to the rest of the company.
