You are given the freedom to try out new ideas, fail and push yourself. Remote working friendly - 1 day per month in the office required. Fantastic colleagues. Very welcoming.

Wage is average at best. Transparency on pay bands is very low. Formal pay rise / promotion processes are highly complex. Quite chaotic at times. Inter - team communication is not great. Left hand not talking to the right hand is a problem.
