Where can I start: -left your CEO do some shady s**t and when it was on the peak of getting public you fired him although you knew about what he did -firing people every 6months and you never knew if you were impacted or not by the layoffs -everytime a year passed you were expecting a salary increase and a good review by your manager you got comments like you need to seek anger management treatment and you get peanuts as an increase -having a weekly meeting where people start making jokes that make you uncomfortable but your manager laughs and allows it -when you complain to the direct of support you get a:yeah I’ll look into it but in fact what you complained about never reached higher ups and nothing gets done -every 2months you don’t pay software licenses and you can’t do your tasks but customers complain and then everything becomes urgent -seller subscription was one of the worse ideas you had and this will be one of the downfalls of the great “unicorn” -past over for a job just because they didn’t like you very much or knew you, but then after 2 months you get back stating that aaa in fact we wanted to see how you do if we reject you and then start planning your new team lead job without asking you if you accept -when you have the courage to say anything to your direct manager you get replies like: you’re doing too good, and that’s why you’re complaining.Yup cuz I am earning peanuts considering today’s inflation -meal tickets are considered a luxury that we have in romania so why increase the value cuz other countries don’t have it. -when you decide to leave you are asked why are you leaving, it’s so nice here such a great work environment.Yeas when you have to do 3 people’s job and being paid as just for 1 it’s a great work environment. But in your 1 to 1 you are told you need to work more cuz your numbers are small. -hire a new team lead who doesn’t get any proper training and who doesn’t understand anything you are explaining and asking newbie questions after a year on the job, that will surely motive your 1st level of support people when then need help from a senior.still asking questions for a different product on weekly meetings because she cannot make the difference between the two things I guess you can say this is a “fantastic” work environment where everything you propose or wanna do it turned down because they lack funds, they lack professional people who can train you and you need to learn ok your own, they lack leaders in the true sense of the word who care about their people and not just numbers and making a lot of profit(think that clearly is not working for them)
