Retail "Direct" platform is unstable and goes down often, severely lacks innovation - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Tradeweb

The retail division aka "tradeweb direct" is the worst part of the firm.....The workforce here has undergone significant attrition so there's not much talent left......There is no direction from management and certainly no "leadership".....The technology here is ancient and terrible and no one knows how to fix anything or how anything is supposed to work. Platform has been down numerous times over the past year and it's getting worse. The folks who run the technology group here have no idea what they're doing. Haven't innovated in many years so the platforms are outdated and not comparable to the modern tech found in the rest of the market. Clients are extremely unhappy and are trying to leave, despite what management thinks they know about client satisfaction......This place is on its last leg and it's only a matter of time until they shut it down......I'm trying to leave asap but the environment is tough right now so I feel stuck here.
