Vantaggi
-Great Product and Engineering team led by top notch leaders! -Good talk of culture elements - lunches, down tool days (when certain team members aren't just expected to work them anyway), snacks, good level of flexibility. Mostly always delivered on. -Great Xmas parties and celebrations of successes. -Dog friendly office -Staff that weren't in management were incredibly supportive of each other
Svantaggi
-WFH flexibility is SO open that it actually slowed down productivity because half the people you wanted and needed to have a quick chat with weren't in the office and trying to coordinate meetings was a nightmare. Would have been better if it was the same number of days a week allowed, but make it a company wide, or team wide "same day off" model. -Operational and engineering staff resources were severally undercooked. -Major disconnect between senior leadership - Key leaders who should have been leading key decision making were pushed aside by other more toxic team members that bullied most of the staff. -Inconsistency in the work/life balance- some leaders treat their teams well and expect them to have lives outside of work, others think nothing of a person working overly long hours, giving up any of their free time for work and were openly hostile to those that tried to maintain that balance. -Examples of bullying or open hostility that were raised were ignored sadly by P&C -Low salaries and unrealistic sales goals for commissions
