This org is ran by sales, so that means everyone else suffers. Not all employees are treated equally. Only a select few are told how well the company is doing, the CEO has the same pitch every single time, 90% of it doesn't make sense. He is a nice person, but totally a sales guy. I've never worked at a place that I've had to question my ethics more.
