Awful - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso Traid

For a company that runs in such a specific and often militant way, there was absolutely no training from the area manager and next to no communication from anyone in head office aside from a weekly “managers meeting” where the CEO would belittle and talk over everyone. The customers were continuously awful to deal with and in hindsight, Traid claims to be a charity so of course people living in less affluent areas are going to be agitated at the over pricing of the clothing. The teams safety was also not truly cared for, hiring third rate security guard companies in areas where there was constant theft and aggression just to save money is not a good look.
