- high turnover, they dont respect their employees. you will never get a raise and they will make fun of you for asking for one - horrible management, if you are a woman or minority, you will never get to be manager. its a sexist boys club of old rich white men who pay themselves six figures while you can barely pay rent - they force you to go get drunk with them and if you don't you're shamed. you already have to basically be on call 24/7 so any moment you have to yourself can be cut short once they decide you need to go drink - you will never receive a penny more than what they agree to pay you in the interview, you can be here for 20 years and still make the same wage - they can and will fire you for any reason - they will make up pointless tasks for you to do just to make you busy for no reason - the "TB family" stuff is so cringe and fake - they give you useless christmas gifts that men who like fishing would use, i'd rather get a 100$ gift card so i can buy food
