Good Management, good mentoring and flexible timings
Svantaggi
Too much involvement from everyone(sales and management), technical stuff should be handled by technical team and before starting any module technical team has to be taken into confidence

We offer very flexible and growth oriented internship opportunities. We had three interns this particular semester with the intent of hiring one full time. We made that hire, unfortunately not this intern. We choose intern projects that we consider developmental for the intern as well as important or research focused for us; given such not all projects make it into production. The goal is to develop the intern, expose them to real world projects and hopefully they mature into a full time employee at TrainUp.com.
As a instructor I get to prepare my own material customized for the customer. Strong support from all staff members who are always looking to help me be successful. Never contention or criticism. High performing work team.
Svantaggi
None there really is no glaring cons they do what they promise and are highly professional. If it was not true I would be working with someone else.

Vantaggi
TrainUp has been around for several years but feels very much like a startup that is poised for a breakout. For most of its existence, TrainUp has been run with as a small training outfit under steady and sensible leadership. I have been working with TrainUp as a contractor for the last couple of years just as the fruits of building the company's reputation is starting to result in gaining traction with some exciting opportunities for substantial growth.
It has been exciting to be a part of this effort and to see how my personal contribution fits in with the company's overall success, while at the same time feeling very much a part of the team among an especially talented and delightful group of people.
Svantaggi
As with any company at this stage of growth, you need to be willing to wear a few different hats and deal with occasional growing pains. If your idea of the perfect job is to just show up 9 to 5 and just get through the day, TrainUp isn't for you.
