Compensation is commission based as a contractor so you have to plan accordingly and it's difficult to forecast monthly as most commission based roles are.

My experience working with TrainingPros was excellent. Leigh Anne is invested in her team and her clients. She creates an environment where employees thrive because they are set up for success. My coworkers were knowledgeable and all experts in their fields. I was well compensated. I the role was really rewarding.
