No time for jokes; absolutely no pros except the false CTC promised by them.

Very poor management structure. The CEO, COO, and other partners are only interested in increasing their own bank accounts. They treat employees as servants irrespective of being an IIM or IIT pass out. Variable promised is never paid. People are harassed so that they resign, which is used as an excuse to waive the variable amount. Only people who gets promotion are the ones who have invested in the company or whose salary is insignificant to affect company's balance sheet.

1. Was given full freedom and authority to plan the modules that were assigned to me. 2. Very friendly peers. I loved working with all of my teammates. 3. Open environment. Anyone can be approached directly. 4. Super flexible timings. 5. There were birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, Karaoke evenings etc. It was a cool gesture to ease out the work pressure.

1. First and foremost the laptops provided to the developers are pathetic. A great developer machine should be provided which will increase productivity and in turn help the company. 2. Product vision is not stable. It's "go with flow" attitude where the company were rat racing with its competition. Udio by itself was a great product and it needed some unique features to catapult its position which wasn't planned properly. 3. The work environment is bland. Apart from the monthly celebrations, the usual office environment was boring and the office space was an issue too. 4. The entire focus is not to build a rock solid product but to get the MVP out and then think of what should be done later. 5. In every town hall, the focus is only on how to make money for the company. There is nothing related to employees. Without the employees, there won't be any company and the upper management needs to understand it. 6. Panic stricken management and hence hasty decisions are taken most of the times. Sometimes it used to get loud due to the panic situation.
