Went bankrupt and fired everyone - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso TranSwitch

Very little true transparency with employees, lots of "status update" meetings leading up to the bankruptcy that did not communicate any meaningful information. When they shut down operations they did not pay anyone their last 2 months of salary (in some cases more) or severance pay. Lots of internal politics and maneuvering, but I was hired less than a year before the company closed so it's hard to say whether that was a result of the company's downward spiral or the cause of it.
