Fragile management, frequent changes. Low or no increments year on year. Less transparent in terms of growth n promotion. No core direction of company ...it changes as soon as management changes.. Poor systems. HR is worse department in whole company. Less resources to do any job assigned. Very less actual usefull training...only has useless online portal trainings.
