Too much of politics, micromanagement by operations team 6. No support form operations team once you leave the organization. They can create problems in you background checks without any reasons. Most of them are new team don't know the history and give any feedback without concerning about employee future 7. Fake commitments 8. Not good for experience and people who want to learn and work hard. Lots of favoritism
