      Training classes and self improvement courses are available through the University. 401k match 6%. Not a micro managed environment. Overall good company.

      Poor management in Finance Dept. Position tiles make no sense and the pay is on average 60% lower than most companies.

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
