- People in engineering are friendly, approachable and diverse
- Lots of work to do, your workload will be shared if you absolutely need it
- Job security assuming no huge disruption in the market
- Work life balance generally solid

- Upward movement can be slow, employees tend to stay here

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
