      One os the best pros in Trane are the benefits. The location and facilities are really nice. Its a safety place to work at.

      The first challenge to work here is oracle r 12. Its a really clomplex system in a multi accounting culture.

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
