Worst management worst work culture ,no proper time management,Toxic work environmentHigh workload with unrealistic expectations,lacks job security,Employees can experience unexpected termination without clear reasons or justification.

ERP product , good to learn new things for a beginner

Management side very rude, they are not considering as human being, they don’t know how to handle employees how to give task , how to set dead line. By their luck company run smoothly, no work life balance
