Poor management, no leadership in management, lack of professionalism. Hire just anyone off the street with no background on security. Training is poor. Coworker atmosphere is a joke. People are able to talk about anything and I mean anything, from complaining about the job to intimate lives to gossip on management and other coworkers.lack of consistency withing this office.
