They will hire almost anyone, including but not limited to incompetent guards who did not receive the proper training or guards who do not have good work ethic. You are expected to work grave shifts, holidays, weekends with no additional compensation. Abysmal benefits, PTO accrues slowly and Scheduling department is slow to approve PTO. Pay is based on where you work, not your experience or tenure, most locations only pay minimum wage. High employee turnover rate means you will frequently meet with new guards who are untrained or inexperienced. Many employees are related to or are friends with each other, leading to favoritism and lack of equal consideration for positions or work sites.
