Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.

No weekend work required, regular hours

Poor management, unsupportive environment, few opportunities to grow
