      In terms of Vendor Management, perhaps an over reliance on reactive recruitment. However, through continued improvement to reporting and projecting trends, this is beginning to revert to more proactive recruitment in nature.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Svantaggi

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
