      Almost no support for career advancement, no cohesiveness or understanding between employees from some internal departments. Processes and contracts established between clients and sales many times not working in favour of production teams. High workload for low salary.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Svantaggi

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
