      Good job for fresh graduates or someone from non-corporate jobs. But don’t stay for more than 3 years because you can’t grow much. transperfect works with big (really big) brands you can get good exposures.

      -Low pay -No support on certifications (eg PMP) -high turnover rate -you are 100% replaceable and no extra mile is appreciated Upper Management (including CEO) ALWAYS brags about how the revenue keeps growing in each quarter. Ironically, all pay raises are freeze since COVID and management loves to “threaten” the employees by saying the business isn’t going well. You can easily imagine the extra revenue went to the pockets of executives and there is no appreciation to the employees.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
