      The team is close-knit and there is a lot of incentive to meet and exceed goals.

      Svantaggi

      They dedicate a lot of resources to team building and happy hours, but some of that time and money would be better spent making sure employees are paid market salaries.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Svantaggi

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
