      The salary was on the lower end of the scale, but it was my first job as a project manager and a great foot in the door to this career. They provide great on the job training, support, and overall teamwork abd communication is great. Flexibility to work from home some of the time such as when a child is on a school break, etc. Lovely team and culture.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
