Team environment, supervisors and managers are easy to work with, good communication.

Co-workers are very friendly and great to work with. Members of the credit union are also quite pleasant.

Ky Telco is very sales driven. The company has a sales goal that every teller and loan officer must meet every month in order to keep their job. They are very strict about this referral goal. It's like working for a car lot in the sense that it is all about selling. You could be the best employee in the world, however, if you don't meet your sales goal you will be let go.
