Overworked, unorganized - Recensione dipendente - Security Operations Analyst presso Transcend Security Solutions

I worked the night shift from 6pm-6am. Little to no support from management. No meetings. Insufficient training if you are worried about performing well. Have to call/text our security professionals 24/7 to fill vacant job sites. Makes you feel terrible reaching out to the security professionals everyday going down the list and causes conflict with the guards feeling disrespected and neglected. Between the SOC team members there is little to no communication and a lot of important information from Clients, property managers, and employees gets lost in limbo until the problem gets brought back up. The system is flawed with little urgency to overhaul it.
