Surveys count against u even if the customer not mad at you but the company
Training had nothing to do with the job itself

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
