Remote work is a great thing, to some extent. Not great for mental health.

However, the sheer lack of empathy for the employees, and the inhumane in-between call times really make you feel like you're working at a sweatshop or a stereotypical call centre in a third world country. The production managers mostly don't give a crap even if the world is ending. And Transcom being an "at will" company, can fire you despite valid reasons shown from employee side.

We are always looking for opportunities to utilize employee feedback to improve our ways of working and evolve our processes and policies. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Micromanagement, the managers get to take as much time off while you are here working hard and getting verbally berated by customers, no time off and when you do take time off it gets counted against you. The onsite facility is gross and trashy
