Good work life balance and wages.

No room for growth and no proper management

The work itself isn’t hard. Benefits are pretty neat.

Pay could be better. Most of the management needs to be redone. None of them are sympathetic towards their workers, and the favoritism is unreal. Forget going to HR about any of the harassment that happens because they won’t do anything about it, whether it’s your boss, or a coworker that’s harassing you. The upper management makes excuses for people who don’t treat you well if that person has been there longer than you. And if you mention it more than a few times, you’re the one that gets in trouble instead. Work gets over bearing and they claim to have a “work life” balance. Thats entirely incorrect. I have no life outside of this place. Lastly the upper management just keeps making things harder for their workers by making bad decisions or should I say- cheaper decisions. And the workers are punished if the work we put out product that’s bad.
