TransferGo is a a company with a nice mission (helping migrants around the world) and great working culture. There is a nice flexible hours and unlimited vacation policy. That gives the opportunity to build work around life and not vice versa. For me personally it is one of the biggest perks you can get in the job. At the same time most of the colleagues are diligent and hard working, so you won't get floating in the work that is simply not being done.
