      The job was flexible, able to create my own schedule, and my clinic director was very kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process.

      I feel like the recruiter misled what the job was meant to be for me. As a newer clinician, FFS is not sustainable as I did not have much money to hold me down for the first 2 months where I was building a caseload. This work requires you to be able to sell yourself more as a provider to patients who gravitate towards what your identity is versus directive, techniques, and specific skill sets.
