They put your in postions where you are essentially committing fraud. Here is an example a hospital will call Fallon for an ambulance because Fallon is a preferred carrier of the patient's insurance or Hospital but then Fallon will dispatch a Lifeline ambulance so they can charge more (I was told this by a manager). If you write the truth in your narrative but it doesn't fit the companies narrative they'll make you change it. Transformative Healthcare bought multiple ambulance companies and keeps them separate but shares the work load which causes a disconnect between the companies as Lifeline is dispatched by Fallon ambulance which favors their own employees over the others. I once watched Fallon employee delay signing on the air for an hour and a half all the while being on the clock. He did things like talk to other employees, then drive to Dunkin Donuts and have a coffee and a donut. Finally when he signed on the air and he got a call, he took so long getingt to the facility that facility was so upset that they waited so long that they ended up calling the Brewster ambulance to transport the patient. Fallon employees like to bully and degrade Lifeline employees because they claim to be a 911 company. I hate to break the news to you but 80% of every ambulance companies businesses is non 911. There is a lot of dating among management which leads to problems.
