We are happy to know that you appreciated taking part in the Christmas parties we hosted, finding time to celebrate our employees has been and always will be paramount to the success of our company. We do feel honored to employ some of the best people around, they are truly what make a positive difference in the atmosphere at each location! We are disappointed that you felt several professional experiences at Transglobal Services, LLC were lacking. We take each challenge our employees face very seriously and are dedicated to working towards a solution. In addressing your opinion regarding compensation, our human resources team utilizes data that is current to research equitable salaries that have been tailored to market need, duties performed and individual experience. While we strive to recognize leadership potential and pair this with the necessary individual skill set for each position by initially considering promotion from within for those that exemplify our company culture, we have always been open to searching for the right person externally as well. As you mentioned in your advice to management, hiring the right people and focusing on retention is what ensures a company is great and can continue to deliver excellent products to clients. At Transglobal, we value relationships both not only externally but internally as we find that they are the cornerstone in creating and maintaining an amazing place to work! Sharing this experience with us will ensure we proactively address any situations appropriately in the future, as we are committed to seeking continuous improvement.
