We know that your time is limited and valuable, we appreciate that you have spent some of it writing this review. We do agree that the people we employee are some of the most wonderful around and the ones who truly give us the ability to ensure a prompt turnaround when delivering high quality products to our clients. We are disappointed that you felt employees could be terminated at any moment while working at Transglobal Services, LLC. Each challenge our employees face is serious and we are committed to finding ways to improve each situation. Our human resources department works to ensure that the right person is hired for each position and that they have the necessary skills to be successful at their role and serve as an asset to Transglobal Services, LLC. Transglobal values relationships not only externally, but internally and works incredibly attentively to provide resources to our managers so they can assess each individual case to ultimately provide feedback so that most appropriate course of action can be taken after necessary evaluation has occurred.
