Daily check ins with my boss, very open lines of communication, flexible working environment, encouraging creative thinking, leadership role and tons of learning experience. The challenges of the job are also what makes it fun!

Some challenges I faced were: - tight deadlines turn into interesting working hours: but totally not expected and totally by vokunteer/ due to my intense inability to handoff my workload, and key note here- their hq is in AU so really no absolute need for this - varying workloads: some weeks high volume and others low. If only I could always have a steady medium...

Not many cons. I love work from home, but it is harder to make close friends when working from home. Most of the challenges are associated with the fast growth, and are handled well by the team.
