Great place to work, with a sound business model, and a great technological platform.

If anything, COVID slowed THM down. Other than that, it's a great company, with a good vision and an excellent leadership team

Young company with great ambition. Hiring a lot of people who really want to impact the industry and make a difference. Definitely not a boring insurance company. They appear to want technically savvy people who understand how technology will reshape how worker's compensation claims are managed and processed.

It is a small company growing very fast. They need to stay on top of culture to maintain what they are building. The benefits still need some work, but it appears they are working to improve them.
