They will kill your confidence level and will always insult you in front of your peers Inhumane culture Sales guys are threatened to be put in PIP ( performance improvement plan ) and drastically forced to resign from their job.

      Lack of growth. Current leadership is too focused on making money which leads to very high pressure and unrealistic expectations. Leadership does not listen to employees or even member’s feedback which is causing organisation to a downfall over last 1.5 years
