- They have few reputed clienst for whom they have been serving for a couple of years, hence even a tiny mistake or sometimes even if it is not a mistake things are taken very seriously. - Some managers are working in the company for a long time and it looks like they do not know how to behave professionally with employess they handle. Lack of professional ethics and professionalism. - feedback from the employees are taken but end of the day no impact on the action by the HR even after multiple incidents, as the managers works fr the company for more than a decade. - Internal politics are always there in any small company and here it is a bit different. Even though people know you are doing the right thing, they still want to throw you out because you know their other face. Not a good place for a person who wants to grow professionally and personally. you will eventually start behaving like them if you stay longer and i have seen people turning worse and it looks very bad that the manager shouts at everyone in front of other team members and pin points stuffs. Humiliating a person is very bad and i have seen that happening with other team members

Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
