      1. Trantor is service based company so they hire in bulk and once project get over and if they don't have project they will start firing. 2. Limitation of long term projects. 3. Manager are not humble and polite

      Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

      Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
