Lots of travel. They call you a TPS, but you are so much more - project coordinator, consultant, tester, technical support... All great experience if you're a new grad, but pay doesn't reflect the variety of tasks they expect of you. Not uncommon to work 70+ hours, especially when travelling When flying on weekends, they don't provide lieu days. I lost about 7-8 Sundays due to travel and never got paid for them. It's just "part of the job". The software is incredibly dated, so you don't get the opportunity to work with the "latest and greatest" tools.

Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
