-Well-defined work schedule and procedures. -Excellent communication between local supervisor and his team. -Good way to stay in shape, regardless of age - get paid to work out. -Working for residents who appreciate and compliment my performance and reliability. -Occasional bonuses included in paycheck.

-Dealing with some residents who don't follow common sense and common courtesy guidelines for preparing their trash for pick up or keeping their community clean in general. -Seeing online reviews of people bad-mouthing butlers in other communities, while they would never be able to handle the demands of the job themselves for one night.
