Nice people, no direction - Recensione dipendente - ML Ops Engineer presso Trax Retail

No clear vision. Product teams are pretty much asleep and the RnD is being run mostly by Engineering. It might sound like a nice thing except that the direction is unclear, the vision is blurry and you end up with a bunch of engineers discussing for hours whether this method should by async and that Service should be named X instead of Y. Prioritization is totally gone, and as a result we end up with a product which doesn't actually earn enough money. Nothing in the near future seems promising in that regard either.
