The team is setup at 2 locations. Product Development and Management team(s) based out of Surat, Gujrat and the Sales, Marketing, executive leadership team(s) sits in Mumbai. The cofounder(s) Haresh Calcuttawala and Sunil Kharbanda are bullies and experts in office politics. They expect employees to relocate to Mumbai office at their own expense and outright denying work-life balance while withholding 6 months of salary component. They denied paying salary component for Q1 & Q2 2023 and asked employee to relocate by themselves without offering them relocation expense and expecting to work long hours, including Saturdays and Sundays. They simply will not appreciate employee well-being and personal time. The culture is unstable. For instance, 90% of their sales team left their job in Dec 2022. And, 90% of their original CS team left in Dec 2023. Now, they are hiring new folks in sales, customers success and account management etc. Almost, all customer facing ICs are expected to do anything. From marketing efforts, to doing account management, technical implementation, offline events, cold calling, generating leads, etc. apart from their own core job. The cofounder(s) are shameless and irresponsible, they call female employee late night at 10 pm and start scolding them. They openly threaten to terminate employment in team meetings and use scare tactics by cutting short salaries for employees who don't work extra and overtime. The company hasn't paid F&F salary to some employees and they are forcing people to sign a "No Claims Letter" on a 1000 rupees stamp paper. The HR and other teams are helpless since all decisions are made by the cofounder(s). On job support is limited since they don't have a proper training program or skill development assistance. The company doesn't have data security. Multiple instances have been reported of data breach as the name, email, phone numbers and other confidential details are compromised and employee get anonymous harassment calls and messages randomly. The cofounder(s) work verbally and don't document any business decisions over the email. Later they shy away from taking any responsibility and pass on the bucket to avoid confrontation. Take caution and join at your own risk.
