A well-oiled machine with incredibly talented and warm engineers and a simple team structure. Productive and fun retreats. A clean codebase which is fun to work in.

It's fast-paced, maybe a little too much so at times. You will, however, ship a lot of code and learn a lot.

- Big visions mean sometimes details are sacrificed for speed - Early stage startup means processes are still being refined - Pitfalls of async workplace (though generally this is fine)
