The people who work at Treeswift are incredible. There is an impressive level support between departments and constant communication that has only grown more efficient since I began working here. Being such a small company, sometimes I end up filling in multiple roles depending on the needs at a particular time, which creates a dynamic environment with tons of opportunities to learn new skills. Along those same lines, the ability to move up into higher roles with more responsibilities seems endless. All this, coupled with the really great employees (I can't stress enough how awesome the people are here,) I'd recommend Treeswift to anyone I know. If you are an entry level person who is willing to learn, you will immediately see many paths to move upward. If you are a seasoned professional in your industry, your knowledge will be put to good use from day one, and you have a really unique opportunity to mold the company with us as it grows. All this paired with a great mission makes for very fulfilling work.

The things that are hard about working at Treeswift go hand in hand with the good. Since we are in a growing period, we have spurts of intense work that feels nonstop at times. It seems like work/life balance has been tough in the past, but things are looking up as we keep hiring ad expanding. Being part of a startup definitely has its drawbacks at times, but that's what allows for all the potential career growth that you can't find a lot of places.
