A very good learning experience for people getting into the FinTech Analytics domain.

I didn't come across any cons.

Flexible work environment, some good people, interesting technology.

Dishonest management, zero transparency. No benefits at all - they ask employees to provide their own computers, no health insurance etc. The reason provided is "we're a startup" - except the company is almost 10 years old. Compensation was poor to begin with and was actually cut after that (with dishonest, condescending reasons given for that). Culture was good at first, but was completely ruined by the dishonest, unreasonable, incompetent CEO (it's possible that it's improved since then, but if he's still in charge I doubt it). There is honestly no reason why anybody should want to work there.
