Extremely poor senior leadership - more interested in personally looking good than helping their teams succeed. Hypocrisy runs deep here now. It seems to be part of the leadership culture at the highest levels. They will say all the right things and then do exactly the opposite. For example, talk about the importance of retaining top talent, then turn around and layoff top, high performing talent - in exactly the areas they are emphasizing are critical for success. Short- term mentality. Trellix is owned by a private equity company who is looking to make money by smashing together two flawed but promising and profitable companies while squeezing costs. Senior management is steering for short term outcomes while sacrificing long term stability. Poor fiscal planning. Company divisions have not had budgets for over a year now. Quarterly lay-off cycles. Trelix seems to be in a perpetual lay-off pattern. Two RIFs already in Q1 2023. Dissent is now frowned upon. Fireeye once had a culture that thrived upon the respectful collision of ideas and culture. Now, dissenting voices are snubbed and laid off. Extremely poor and unprofessional HR. For example, 2023 health insurance was not in place for Q1. Employees had to pay out of pocket and then submit paperwork for reimbursement.

Some great people with collaboration.

Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Communication from leadership very inconsistent. Very metric vs people minded. They layoff people on paternity leave. Layoff people to hire new people at a lower pay rate. Metrics are unattainable due to technology not being ready, bad reputation in the industry, customer support lacking.
