The company struggles with outdated technology and a lack of innovation. Over the past two years, product management professionals at all levels have been leaving, and this trend continues today. Customers from both legacy systems are abandoning ship due to outdated products, while rival companies consistently outperform and securing better positions on the Gartner Magic Quadrant. There are unrealistic expectations across the board. Promises made during hiring rarely align with the work environment employees actually experience. Staff are overloaded with unattainable goals, provided minimal support, and left to navigate an overwhelming workload. Leadership is a significant problem. Sales management frequently changes strategies, often cycling through various approaches only to realize their ineffectiveness and start over. Across the organization, decision-making is erratic and unstructured, with leaders who are either excessively micromanaging, entirely out of touch, or absent altogether. The workplace culture is toxic, characterized by fear, blame-shifting, and finger-pointing, which leads to high stress and further attrition. The work-life balance is nonexistent. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, working long hours and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines. Cancelled personal plans are routine occurrences. Job security is another major concern. The company faces constant turnover as employees leave due to the workload and toxic environment. Layoffs and major restructuring are frequent, creating an unstable atmosphere that leaves employees feeling insecure about their future. There is a big lack of transparency. Leadership keeps employees in the dark, often announcing major changes at the last minute. Frequent policy updates every quarter only add to the confusion, making it difficult to keep up with shifting priorities and procedures. The combination of outdated technology, toxic leadership, unrealistic demands, and constant restructuring has created an environment that is both chaotic and demoralizing.

Some great people with collaboration.

Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Communication from leadership very inconsistent. Very metric vs people minded. They layoff people on paternity leave. Layoff people to hire new people at a lower pay rate. Metrics are unattainable due to technology not being ready, bad reputation in the industry, customer support lacking.
